  RICHARD'S AVEDA STORY I have been in the industry since 1964. In 2004

  I became an Aveda Artist when the salon became an Aveda Concept Salon.

  Cutting and styling hair is not just a career, it is passion. I have grown and

  developed lifelong relationships with my clients. Most I see on a weekly basis

  in my chair and I cherish my time with them. I draw inspiration from my coworkers.

  I like being able to share techniques with the young stylists. It is exciting to see

  them learn and grow into professionals.
